Flow Coffee operates a network of self-service coffee machines across Singapore. As their AI agents matured, operational data was spread across Telegram bots, Google Sheets, and external APIs.
The Problem
There was no single place to see the full picture. Machine data, sales, maintenance schedules, inventory levels, and CRM were all in different tools. Decision-making was slow and fragmented.
What We Built
We built a full-stack operations dashboard that consolidates everything into one application: machine data, sales analytics, maintenance scheduling, inventory forecasting, anomaly detection, and CRM with AI-generated lead suggestions. Hosted on the client's Azure environment.
