The Problem

Some clients fell behind on payments but continued using the machines. There was no way to enforce payment compliance remotely, and manual follow-ups were slow and inconsistent.

What We Built

We built a payment-gated lock/unlock system integrated with their installment tracker. If a client falls behind on payments, machine access is automatically restricted. Payment confirmation triggers an instant remote unlock.
